Inverland Russell of Inverness is a real estate development and construction company owned by Russell McElwain. We build in Inverness, Palatine, Barrington and the surrounding area. Over the past twenty five years we have designed and built many highly desirable communities. Our current planned community is Maison Du Comte of Inverness. Inverland Russell developed the old world European cityscape style plans and architectural designs of Maison Du Comte with Kimberly Knott of Kimberline, Inc. Together they manage construction, sales, and client relations.

Inverland Russell has successfully developed or built many flourishing communities, including The Woods of Bartlett, Chateaux Bourne of Barrington, Robinson Fields of Deer Park, Dunhaven Woods East and Dunhaven Woods South of Palatine, Sutton Park Place I, II, III, IV and V of Palatine, Williams Park Place of Palatine, Northaven of Palatine and Maison Du Comte of Palatine. Maison Du Comte of Inverness is the current development under construction by Inverland Russell.
